Hothouse Flowers
Hothouse Flowers was once named The Best Unsigned Band In Europe by Rolling Stone. The Hothouse Flowers shot to fame in the 1980s when Dublin school friends Liam O'Maonlai and Fiachna O'Braonain, joined by bass player Peter O'Toole, sang their way to the top of the charts with 'Love Don't Work This Way'. It was a passionate brand of Irish-rooted rock?n?soul.
They signed with London Records and soon their music was heard on major airwaves from Europe to America. As the band rose to the top with successful albums and world tours, they took an under explained sabbatical in the mid ninety?s.
